Refund policy

At One Carat Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our priority 

We accept returns only in case of a damaged or defective product.

Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in same condition as received.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

Please note: Change of mind returns are not accepted.
